As a client, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information related to the goods being transported, including but not limited to descriptions, weight, dimensions, and value. It is your duty to ensure that all shipments comply with local, national, and international laws and regulations. You must also ensure that all required documentation is provided in a timely and complete manner, including invoices, customs declarations, and other paperwork necessary for the transportation or storage of goods.

Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays, additional charges, or liability for any damages, fines, or penalties that may arise due to incorrect or incomplete data. In addition, you are responsible for the cost of any extra handling, transportation, or services that may be required due to inaccuracies or omissions.

Swiftline Logistics will make every reasonable effort to ensure the timely delivery of your goods. However, we do not guarantee specific delivery times and will not be held liable for delays caused by events outside of our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, strikes, traffic disruptions, customs issues, or other force majeure events. Delivery schedules are estimated and subject to change. We recommend that you allow adequate lead time for all shipments, particularly those requiring international transportation or compliance with complex regulations.

While Swiftline Logistics will take every precaution to ensure the safety and security of your goods during transit and storage, we are not responsible for damage, loss, or theft that occurs due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or acts of terrorism. It is recommended that you purchase adequate insurance to cover the value of your goods while in transit or storage. We can assist in arranging insurance coverage upon request.

Our liability for loss or damage to goods is limited by law and is generally confined to the value of the goods, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Claims for loss or damage must be reported to us within a reasonable period after the goods are delivered or the shipment is completed. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your right to claim compensation.

Charges for our services are based on the rates provided to you in your service agreement, which may include fees for transportation, handling, storage, insurance, and other services rendered. Payment for services is due according to the terms agreed upon at the time of booking. Late payments may be subject to interest charges, and we reserve the right to withhold services or suspend shipments until outstanding balances are paid.

In some cases, additional charges may apply if there are changes to the scope of services after the agreement has been made. This may include fees for rerouting, delays, special handling, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will inform you of any such additional charges in advance whenever possible.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all goods comply with applicable customs laws and regulations, including those relating to import and export. Swiftline Logistics will assist in the preparation of necessary documentation, but we are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fines incurred as a result of non-compliance. In the event that customs authorities detain your goods, you will bear all costs associated with the detention, storage, or return of the goods.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with Swiftline Logistics at any time with notice. In the event of termination, you will remain liable for any outstanding charges for services rendered prior to the termination. Swiftline Logistics reserves the right to terminate services without notice if we suspect fraud, breach of contract, or any activity that poses a risk to the security of the logistics operations.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive business information shared during the course of the relationship. This includes, but is not limited to, shipment details, financial information, pricing, and business strategies. Any disclosure of confidential information without the express consent of the other party may result in legal action.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of [Jurisdiction], at the discretion of Swiftline Logistics.
